With the participation of leading entrepreneurs, producers, and Agricultural Cooperatives from the food and beverage sector,\u00a0FOOD EXPO 2025<\/strong>\u00a0opened its doors on Saturday, March 8, and concludes today, Monday, March 10, reaffirming its status as the largest exhibition of its kind in Southeastern Europe.<\/p>\n

For the first time, the export company\u00a0\"Cooperative Greek Exports S.A. - COGREXPO S.A.\"\u00a0<\/strong>participated dynamically with its own stand, strengthening its position in promoting Greek agricultural products in international markets. At the same time,\u00a0the participation of Agricultural Cooperatives, members of the National Union of Agricultural Cooperatives (ETHEAS), was particularly significant.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Saturday morning, the leadership of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food visited the COGREXPO stand within the exhibition framework. They had the opportunity to be informed and discuss with the company's executives about the innovative initiative of the Agricultural Cooperatives, as well as the progress and steps taken so far.\u00a0The Minister of Rural Development and Food, Mr. Kostas Tsiaras, and the General Secretary of Rural Development and Food, Mr. Giorgos Stratakos,<\/strong>held discussions\u00a0with the company's President, Mr. Christos Giannakakis, Vice President, Mr. Andreas Dimitriou, General Manager, Mr. Panagiotis Katsikaris, Purchasing Manager, Mr. Konstantinos Gougoulias, Operations Manager, Ms. Maria Dimitraina<\/strong>and the company\u2019s external partner,\u00a0Mr. Thanasis Manavis,<\/strong>regarding COGREXPO\u2019s next strategic steps and its commercial goals in the global market.<\/p>\n

\"CogrexpoThe COGREXPO' s stand attracted the interest of representatives from Piraeus Bank, members of the company's Board of Directors, representatives of Agricultural Cooperatives - members of ETHEAS, as well as producers. Additionally, within the framework of the exhibition\u00a0significant and targeted B2B meetings<\/strong>\u00a0took place between potential clients and COGREXPO, aiming to expand the export potential of Greek agricultural products and strengthen their international presence.<\/p>\n

COGREXPO's next commercial presence is expected in April 2025 (April 10-12)\u00a0at<\/strong>Freskon,<\/strong>in Thessaloniki,<\/strong>the leading annual event in the fresh produce sector in Southeastern Europe.<\/p>\n

Significant Presence of Agricultural Cooperatives - Members of ETHEAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the Agricultural Cooperatives - members of ETHEAS once again had a strong presence, showcasing their high-quality cooperative products to an international audience. Their stands were visited\u00a0by the President of ETHEAS, Mr. Pavlos Satolias, Board Members, Mr. Spyros Antonopoulos and Mr. Savvas Argyrakis, and the General Manager, Mr. Moschos Korasidis.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

FOOD EXPO serves as an excellent opportunity for Agricultural Cooperatives to enhance their extroversion and promote their products to industry professionals from both domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n
